I can't go further with Anna, as in I can't raise her points to unlock the shower scenes. Is there a reason why? I'm not subscribed in substar nor patreon. Just bought the game
You don't need to be a subscriber, don't worry.
The quest should tell you everything you need to know.
I've done all the quests, but I still can't get the scene in the bathroom with her. That's why I'm confused xD
I've found the culprit.
Save your game and load that save, your questlog hasn't been updated.
You will trigger a repearing function.
