The mouse movement is fine, I just think left-clicking to move would make more sense. That was my first intuition after finding out that neither WASD nor the arrow keys do nothing. The box-drawing that's presently on the left-click doesn't seem to do anything gameplay-wise anyway, so it could probably be removed.
