Question: How do I win a Civil War? I keep dying because the enemy side has more troops than me. I try my best to get loyalty on my side, but doesn't work out in the end. How do I do it?
Try maxing out your recruitable population and securing defendable parts of your country (islands, mountains, etc). They are difficult, but you can avoid them by keeping your stability high and changing ideologies before changing your government.
its best to avoid those as much as possible so always keep approval above 50 no matter what. I won a civil war by retaking all my land but i found a bug where im permanently in a civil war even when the other side has 0 land, the music kept playing like when your at war
