I think its because i kept doing it nonstop and rushing through the encounters

Could you please share the save file. I should be able to figure out why it happens from there. It should not happen since everything is supposed to give you at least 1 Chance.

I used catbox, why it changed the file name I don't know. I hope you can figure out the problem
