I like your idea about the crowd reacting, though the reason I didn't include anything like that is because I wanted the game to be super casual and didn't really want to punish players for failing, but maybe I could've made the crowd cheer if you do something good to reward players for doing well, without punishing them for doing poorly

And the hiring system was initially supposed to be a lot more in depth. The musicians were gonna have different skill levels and cost more or less depending on that, but that was too complicated for what I had time for
