I participated in the 13# GoedWare Game Jam. This person did it again with "Glitch Loop" by Zak Amana, but luckily GoedWare found out. Eventually we found that the other game 'made' by Quarkshot was stolen as well... Too bad it was recognized this late, but hopefully some more jam hosts are now aware.
