Ren'Py is the name of the engine that powers this game. So if you've used and haven't reinstalled Windows, then there are saves in the hidden system folder. And they should be visible for most versions of this game. If the game doesn't see any saves, including autosaves on the Q page, then either the problem is not with the game, but with something else.

If you're using the game on a mobile device, then all saves are deleted by the Android system when you delete the app.

Path to the hidden save folder (Windows):

C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TownOfMagic

[USER] is the name of your Windows account.

Oh well i actually have some problems with windows and i have to reinstall it, but i have the ''save'' file and try to put in on mega in case something weird thing like that happend

The only folder you can put such a file in is the saves folder, which will appear after the first save of the game (sometimes it just appears after the first launch in the "game" folder). So start the game, start a new game and after the cutscene is over, save the game.

After that, close the game, go to its "game" folder and put your save file in the saves folder. Usually this is enough.

I did it but the save didn't load, just the one that make for saving past the first cutscene, i put the whole file and the ''presistent'' file only too to see it if something like that would work
