I do not understand. But I do not have to. What you described is lacking information.
You can have two accounts. But if you transfer "everything" to the second account ... that is just the first account with a new name. Just open a second account and change the name of the first one. And you can do name changing yourself in your settings. You can change name/url and you can change the display name. If it does not work, maybe support can help.
