For those confused, there is no easy 'fix' besides the one commented some lines down.
TL;DR: Twitch is gradually pushing out their legacy API, which T.I.T.S currently runs on. There is currently a 24 hour phase out going currently right now in efforts to shift things off the legacy API. The problem is entirely that T.I.T.S has yet to update to the new API, and so every time Twitch has done routine outages in order to get devs to update their software. This has been going on for the better part of a year.
In other words - either do as Nokoda suggests and mod Remasuri_bot , or wait hopefully for an update to the software.
