It took a little to get the hang of it. I think my problem was the difference between left and right attacks was much harder to see after stealing the sword. So waiting till the last second to steal the sword definitely helped.

Really liked the game over screen changing over time, very nice touch. I think a tutorial or at least walking the player through their first pickpocket would've really helped me understand what to do. And of course, simple attack and pickpocket SFX would greatly improve the experience so consider adding some if you plan on updating this.

Great job executing on such a unique concept!

Ooh didn’t even think of a strategy like that. Tried to improve on the animations once, but apparently they still look too similar. There’s only so much I can do with a puppet without making it too complex or making it look too whacky. But it’s actually pretty cool there’s multiple strategies.

Tutorial sounds good, was just getting a bit tired and gutted a lot of last touch polish. There’s a hint section in the description though if you get stuck. Planned some kind of smear effect for the attacks too but scrapped ‘em when noticed I’m running out of time and the gameplay was still unfinished. Great suggestions though, I’ll see if I update this someday, at least fixing the simultaneous sneak + pickpocket bug.

Thank you! And thanks for trying it out and feedback!
