A husk of a horror game with the most disappointing gameplay.
Starting with positive, I was truly impressed with the size of the map and the unique mechanics. The camera interaction reminded me of older classics, like "Criminal Origins" and "Cry Of Fear". The game was very immersive, it peaked my interest with the plot of the village and the subtle sound effects definitely got under my skin, but sadly, all goes to waste with the lack of direction.
I understand the main idea behind "let the player explore" and find clues. It is a great way to let the player know, they are actually following the real character. But, there are opposites of everything in life, giving too much directions to the player is not great, at the same time giving o direction whatsoever is equally bad. The game lacks the identity, it depends on the big map, which gets very boring and repetitive after 30 minutes of walking around desperately hoping for the batter to not die.
Overall, I was deeply disappointed by this, because I loved the premise so much, yet it didn't deliver on the performance.
