I'll have to try it when I get off work. Thank you for replying, I do have a monitor that's not 4k. Would switching to that one help too?
Few players already had this problem so just disabling 'Dynamic Resolution' should help. And 1080p monitors don't have this problem.
I managed to change the dynamic resolution, and it fixed it. Thank you and sorry if you get asked alot about that.
