Is this game still being developed, and will it be a paid game and if so how much?
This game is still being developed. Current Early Access price on Steam is $9.99. You’ll have to ask the developers about intended final price though.
It's been slow but we're still working on it. like theusaf said, it will be $10 at least we release substantial amount of content and may increase the price a bit later along the line.
