I don't understand, how do I get promoted? I've already done a run 2 times and yet, I cannot get promoted. I understand being promoted is linked with being able to access the internet, but because I haven't been promoted, I can't access the internet

But when you get to your PC, you just need to click on the wifi logo in the bottom right. You'll only have one network to connect to by default, and the others you need to get by buying promotions. Each promotion/new network unlocks new items on a site that's locked on the beginning network.
I just realized, why I haven't been able to find it. My game wasn't full screened so I couldn't see the task bar. After this explanation, I found it weird that I couldn't see it, so I decided to move the window up a little and I finally found it. I'm surprised that I didn't try that earlier. Thank you though.
