i wanted to ask if there is a way to add GTW's hospital / doctor career activities? i would absolutely love for my sims to be able to have their own small hospital

It's something on my mind actually! It won't work other than cosmetic role-playing since you can't get the game to generate sick customers. But you can probably run health check and use medical equipment.
The more interesting part might be the customer version, where customers can get treated in a clinic.
