The recipe manual and the document are still separate. You need the recipe manual behind the crates for the crafting, and the document just tells you the new recipes.
it's not there, just the note book that tells you the materials. there are no blueprints. I have checked. I even broke all the boxes to make sure it wasn't down there
It should be in the back right corner behind the stacked crates. If it isn't there, try checking on a new save (use mailbox to bring the necessary tools for convenience)
