Dude, how many times should i tell you that his mistakes are ACCIDENTAL??? He didn't do it on purpose, he didn't do much research before he promised the Steam key and refunds, he admitted it and he APOLOGIZED. It's something he couldn't control now and the only way to fix it is giving the discount on Steam price when it was released for a week or ask Nachosama for a Steam key if he still have it.

I think i should just stop talking to you, the amount of downvote on your comment already says it all. Imagine how much the dev must endure during all of this hate and negativity he's facing, no wonder he's now discouraged to continue TNMN because we CAN'T literally have nice things for a moment and people literally pushed him and didn't give him a break.

I mean something can be a mistake and accidental and still be a crime.

like image you're driving and you end up hitting a kid walking in the road.

Most children you can't see while they're walking, but it'd still be a crime even if it was an accident.

That crime is vehicular manslaughter, if the kid died

Nonetheless, not keeping a promise is not a crime, unless a part of a legal contract.

in which there was never promise in a legal contract for the creator to give us a remake for free
