I'm terribly sorry, but can I get more tips? I didn't find "player tops" bad ends in Hedon.
Iirc it doesn't have to be ones where the player tops. Most of the Hedon Bad Ends have a chance to make you manlier in various ways.

Just got home!
At the moment, only the 'Shower sex' and 'Muscle Drug' Bad Endings on Hedon can cause the mutation, with the latter having the highest chance.
