If you're interested in something like Patreon, you could have a look at SubscribeStar or Pixiv FanBox. I'm not familiar with their exact terms and policies, but a lot of adult creators I follow prefer them, precisely because they seem to be more chill with uh... spicier content that Patreon is too prude to allow on their site.
