If you'd like some tips, I could give some:

Stock up on consumables, and especially Essentialized moves. You shouldn't really be skipping move picks ever, and if you play your cards right, Dominating has essentially no downside (although you might prefer a strategy of making enemies try to seduce you to avoid armor damage and keeping your lust at zero. I haven't tried that yet, but it could work, in theory).

It's sometimes good to pick up a high-cost move like Shield Bash, Tackle, or Rend, just to Essentialize it later.

Sublimation, Struggle, and especially Parry are very powerful, so you should try to pick those up whenever you can. Parry is 100% the most OP move in the game, but I have beaten the game without having it, with consumable spam.

Armor is essentially your health. As long as you have armor, the damage numbers don't really matter (with the exception of Poison or Flame Body). So getting more of it at rest spots is also very helpful. And play your battles to try and avoid as much armor damage as possible. Try to manipulate the enemy abilities so they use them instead of actually attacking, like with Goblins. If there's a choice between using a consumable, or taking a hit to armor, it's usually best to use the consumable.

I just finished my first play through and the low lust strat is what i did. I alternated between masturbate and touch breasts for group fights and used flex power punch for solo targets. Then stocked up on a ton of touch pussy moves/lust moves to spam the final boss and 2 turned it

Nice, congrats! Glad my advice could help you. Honestly, I love how well this game strikes the balance of diversity of potential "builds", versus there being a single core "best" way of doing things. The fact that an armor-maximization, high-lust build can work, and a lust-minimization + seduction build can work is really fun.
