I think it is not correct; you may want to check it. When using it, after starting a new game, and pretty early on after you are done watching videos in Genes room, Nicole shows up, she comes into the house, Wanda hugs her, and then it skips to the gym with Gene.
Without the patch, there seems to be whole section that got skipped. There might be more, I am unsure.
Yeah, I deleted the comment about the patch, wasn't sure if you really wanted comments about it or not left on here.
Start a completely new game.
I even tested by deleting all save data from appdata and game directory and starting new.
Once you get to this scene
Once you click next, it skips to this scene
So, yes, there is something strange going on with it, maybe test that patch that is here with the game build that is here? Without the patch there is a whole scene with Wanda and Nicole. Using the patch a lot of content gets skipped.

No worries, wasn't sure if anyone was aware of that issue or not, I guess not :D
I do not know if there are any more instances like that or not :(
