Did you allow this user to sell physical copied of your work on Ebay ?
Wow! There's not much I can do about that. They will have bought it legitimately from me & sold it on for a profit.
Seems a lot of money for a Speccy homebrew game, I guess I should be flattered!
You can report them for copyright as yes mickey is public domain
Your game is still legally yours
