Personality Module or Any kind of Bot Parts including Modded ones are randomly appear on the Shop. It all depends on your Luck.

But for " How can I go abroad with her? " I don't understand this question. Please explain this more clearly so I can understand so that I can help you.

You need arms and legs, I think you understand this yourself, buy her clothes and press the door there is a choice "Go outside alone" or "Go outside with the bot name"

Visit and Spend Money on Clothes in Annalie's Shop enough will trigger an event, When you about to leave her shop, Annalie will ask you to "bring your girlfriend with you next time you visit her shop". When that happened, Jun need to have Both Arms and Legs and wearing appropriate clothes such as Panty, Bra, Skirt or Baggy Pants, Shirt or Hoodie, and Shoes.
