Each update is a new game file. The application itself, Quest, is installed and won't need to be reinstalled but you will need to download the new game file each time. They're relatively small files though, about 200MB. Then you just open it in Quest. It's about as easy as opening a file in any other program, not a full reinstallation. :) I hope that explanation made sense lol 😅
