what device are you playing on? if its a chromebook that's prob it
(don't ask how I can with a chromebook idk how but I think its cuz is a expensive Chromebook)
If you played the previous betas you might need to clear your cache.
Otherwise it should start working on its own after a day or two when the cache expires.
