Did you delete the old version and ran the newer as a fresh "install" or did you place the new on the old and replaced the files? Otherwise, is the campus available for you? If it is then it could be that the version number just forgot to be changed
I placed the new onto the old. No, the campus is still WIP here
Try then to delete the old folder of the game completely, and run from a clean install. That should most likely solve it
