Ari is checking if you're working, your sanity drain slows while she peeks and she stops people from entering, but you need to stay in the cameras to look busy, then remember to close the door after she leaves if needed
Half of the time she shows up I completed everything and the bar is green so I sit there staring at her and she still leaves without killing me. A few times has she left and I got jumped immediately after, now I just stare at her and spam the close door button till she leaves.
