I didn't make the game but I did finish it and I had an extremely fun time with it. You are able to skip a good portion of the fetish material that you're not a fan of, Sadly you can't skip the Futa content as it's plot relevant.

If Futa is a serious deal breaker for you then don't get it but I can recommend it if you enjoy Vore and lots of silly comedy on the side.

There's a fair number of optional vore scenes, but it's not the main focus.

I'm not sure it has a main focus! I just crammed a lot of crazy kinks in there, mainly involving huge insertions, cumflation, etc.
