I did some research and look like Kaputt comes from a word in french "capot" that was commonly used to refer to a situation on a card game where there's no more way out basically, so it's basically the exaustion of your cards. There where some ideas too like, put up a win condition if you finish with 0 score (to play around with the kaputt word), but I end up losing too much time at the first day and couldn't reinforce the Kaputt idea a little more.
