Ok after playing it a bunch last night, here's the run down of the basics:
- HP is hit points, when it runs out, game over (or if it's the opponent's HP, you defeat them)
- Your LP and the opponent's PP are arousal bars, then it maxes out, thr character orgasms
- Orgasming makes a character unable to act (mostly. You can still do 0 energy actions!) for 2 rounds for the player, 3 for opponents. Also, while orgasming, LP/PP damage causes HP damage too
- Holding (on a touch screen, probably hovering over with a mouse) status effect names (which are the words that show up under the opponent's HP/PP counter, and above the PC's) gets you explainer text
- The little LEDs on top of your cards are their energy cost. The color seems to related to the type, which is mostly just helpful for quick clicking, but also relevant for the fortune teller opponent
- The opponent's next move is shown in the top left of their window.
- Switching sex acts changes the opponent's next move, so initiating a BJ when a boss is about to hit you with 20 atk can be a good idea. Different opponents have different patterns depending on being in or out of sex.
- "Lewdness" has to do with the state of your clothes and the jism on/in you. You can count it by checking all your active statuses, or it's in the bottom left corner of the "deck" menu
