Thanks so much for the review! I know exactly the lovely stomach-swoop you are talking about, and it's such high praise to hear that the game was able to elicit that :)
Your critiques are well-taken! I meant to add like a "cheat code" that would be revealed to you on any of the game overs that would let you skip the intro, but I ran out of time to implement it. The endings are all also pretty rushed (they were all written within ~1hr of the deadline haha).
17 will and 13 int finish is pretty impressive: Bravo!! It also makes me think I should maybe add a separate "hidden" ending for if you're somehow able to make it out without losing anything. I worry though that providing the incentive for players to try to do that in a game like this might be bordering on cruelty haha
