You're not missing much if you decide to not try out this demo. The store page makes you want to play the game more than the demo does.
Ok let me explain why.
I will start off by saying my expectations were a bit high going into this (not very high I mean this is itch but I mean...), I've been seeing this game pop up kind of often in my recommended videos on yt so I kept it in the back of my mind of video ideas for myself. In comes the day I actually decide to try it.
The store page looks great, big big props for that. Not only is it a bit creepy but it's kind of cute to. I also like the fact that it is pretty descriptive while also giving you a bunch of snippets of gameplay. Very good presentation but...
When it comes to the gameplay of the demo there really isn't anything there. There isn't anything in the demo that the game store page shows or talks about besides adding ingredients to a cups. There is dialogue with customers but it feels a bit off since you can't get an order wrong necessary. Like there are dialogue choices but they just result in the same exactly dialogue after you choice either.
Ok to dress the elephant stand somewhere in this room...
I understand it's a demo. I was just hope for it to showcase aspects of the game you described above. I mean I'm assuming at some point it will. This probably isn't even the last version of the demo.
Like some other comments said. Make them go to the bathroom or make them actively make messing. I know that's a bit harder/more time consuming so maybe just add some text if you put the wrong drink there. Again I know this is just a demo, but in a way this is the games first impression.
If you make it this far def let this one cook a bit more before you take it up. I'm curious to see what it looks like after a few updates.
