I constructed the big farm and got the sliver license. I tried to follow the walkthrough on YouTube. At the part before you receive the quest the dialogue doesn't continue past Chiyo's dialogue.
Can you send me your savefile to Naughty-Netherpunch@web.de please? Then I can check directly what you're missing. (I only need one save file with the save slot ID in which you have the issue, not all saves.)
