You are not liable. Do not worry. There will always be ways to get the fonts out of whatever compression/encryption is used. All I'm really asking for/expecting here is that the font is not completely visible and open to the end user (ie: not just sitting in a folder as a .ttf or .otf.) I'm not so familiar with Godot, but for example, if the font was stored in a ".pck" file, that would be fine. Also, if you have a specific need for the font files to be included "as they are" in a game/app, email me and let me know the reason/use and I'll probably ok it.
