do you mean "i am thinking about it", "i would like to do that if i think of a fitting idea" or "i haven't tought about it yet but it is a possibility"
I don't have any current plans to bring Pippi back but there's certainly a chance she'll play a part in the future. Patreon backers have a lot of influence on the content that gets added so a lot of the quests or other encounters I want to get it have to get shelved.
So really in the end all I can say is "maybe"!
