Patra and goblin raider can force feed themselves. This results in a very powerful synergy with dusk lamia, both in sacrifice and non sacrifice scenarios. Although wild lamia isn't one of my favorites either, something I like about her is how good at resisting being digested she is (she even resist if an ally eats her).
I find it interesting to read the perspective of someone that takes greatly into consideration character background and design. For me that only amounts to 20% - 30% of how much I like/dislike them.
