sleeping moves time forward a ridiculous amount btw, like, sleeping 4 hours puts you from 4 am to 7pm the next day, sleeping 12 hours puts you from July 3 to July 20
digestion also seems to work off which side of 8 hours you're on, 7 or less means you move to the next day and digest a minimal amount, 9 or more digests everything and 10 or more means you do a massive fast forward
