It's cool how the creators of this game always respond to comments and pay attention to the audience by answering questions or just interacting in general, as well as being amazing at what they do and how they write great characters and routes, they still find time for things like that too, not to mention all the interaction they have with the public in the creation and development of the game in general, I think it's a great example of developers showing care and attention to the project and the public too💖

Listening to player feedback is how we grow and learn what works and what doesn't. We make games for entertainment and the best way to learn how to do that is by listening to the people you're making the game for. Within reason of course
I'd say that there is certainly a "skill" in knowing how to interact with the public on the internet and what to take to heart and what to ignore. The players are the reason the game exists in the first place and aren't just some number on a chart.
