Overall the mechanics are pretty solid and the drawings look well done, but idk if I have enough information about our big pig goals to feel much horror outside of the art style I'm probably one of the few people who likes jump scares/loud noises in horror games as well, so while it's a surgeon simulator I didn't feel much in the way of horror.
