I think I understand the feeling a little. It's third parties like Neil and Violet who have their way with Celica's potential interests. And although Celica seems to like Evie and the other girls, she doesn't do it on her own. The same thing happened with Galiene, even though Galiene is apparently in love with Celica, the sex they had in the ship's cabin was through Nel and Ceres, not themselves. It would be nice to see Celica be more assertive and take initiative with the others. Galiene is a good opportunity.
