Interesting concept. The idea is that fires will keep spawning, and you need to deffend your house? If it is kinda arcady like that, maybe add a counter for the amount of fires we have put off?
About the controls, when we are on the ground, we aim with the mouse, and move forward pressing W, relative to the mouse position. Standard FPS.
But on the air, the mouse suddently Rolls and Pitches the character, but to turn you actually need to press A and D keys. It is very strange. I would rather have a consistent control scheme. Just make the air controls the same as the ground controls. It will feel better in my opinion.
Other than that, seems that it could be a very relaxing game. Keep it up.
