The page size is a bit confusing - I had to play in fullscreen, but the game menu sits in the corner? The combination of text styles feels off, and the menu is hard to read.
Just clicking resources and enemies doesnât really fit the theme well, and I donât quite understand why resources are gathered when a tower for defense is placed there. It would make more sense if there were different tower types - some for defense and others specifically for resource gathering.
The UI needs a lot of polish, as you can click 'through' elements when a menu is open, which might be an issue with the web version. However, this completely broke it and I was not able to update the main tower any further...
The game play feels a bit repetitive (of course, it is a loop), and something seems to be missing. Destroying enemies for additional resources could add more depth. Also, when upgrading a tower, I somehow ended up with negative resources at one point? Despite these issues, the game has a lot of potential, and I hope you continue developing it!
