Really good little action game! Everything feels polished, balanced and complete. I love the minimal color aesthetic and interactive animations, everything looks very pleasant. I like the way that the dialogue is set up, it's not intrusive and adds a bit of story to the experience. Music could be a good addition, but it doesn't feel like a major absence because the sounds are very fitting, and there's enough variety.
The controls and mechanics felt good the whole way through. The game throws new types of attacks at the player frequently to keep things challenging. The overall difficulty is slightly on the easy side but it feels appropriate for the length. The clarity of the art style matches the gameplay really well!
It feels quite finished and does a great job of keeping the player entertained for the entirety of its playtime. The free mode is a very nice little reward. Great job!
