Are the cheats patreon or premium exclusive? if not, how do I use the public cheats?

I see... been playing the game and its amazing! But I'm confused about something. Darkness Vanguard skill upgrade says Mark Self.. What does this means? Does this means that she cast bait while using the skill too?
