Please stop downloading unofficial builds and instead download from our official pages—like the one you commented on. That bug was present in the subscriber-only BETA for less than 24 hours, and it was never present in the official Android build as that was released with the public update.
Download the official version and load an earlier save before the bug, or use the phone's debug menu to fix the camera.
