I get that it's just they prevent me from downloading your game because of it. Do you know how long these things take the double check to clear?

Ah, okay - thanks for letting me know about this.
After a little searching it seems that itch can sometimes quarantine a page while they are reviewing the game. It seems that it should be removed in a few days as long as itch don't find a problem with it.
I assure you again that there are no viruses in the game - it must be Unity throwing a false positive
