Apologies for the delay, these forums are largely unmonitored, we prefer for support to be handled through our Discord.

 A solution that has seemed to work for several customers has been to, while holding Shift, open Cider. A pop-up window will appear, simply click "Rebuild Appdata" and it should wipe your user-config file. This will reset all your settings, but will fix your issue
