Hi! Yes, we understand that the previous system was simpler—all you had to do was grind to max out the power of fire magic, and after that, all battles could be completed with a single click. This made the entire travel gameplay meaningless and turned balancing enemy strength into a complete headache.

The current roguelike system is designed to address these issues. Now, each journey is self-contained, which allows us to properly balance enemies and avoid simply inflating numbers for new foes.

Yeah thats understandable, but im confused on how to get new armor pieces? Or the clothing pieces.

yeah exactly i dont know how to get new armor pieces and i randomly got a robe

This was explained in the tutorial. As I understand it, many people skip it :(
You need to defeat bosses (any of them), and this will unlock new random items for you.
We’ll think about how to make this clearer or possibly allow unlocking them for resources.
