I haven't played this game, nor do I plan to to be entirely honest. I don't think I'll ever be emotionally prepared enough to face this. It clearly is a masterpiece based on the comments, art available just on this page, and even the mere concept has me slightly giddy.

Congratulations on the story.

Although I know I would be unable to really get past the cannibalism and gore, and as a result don't plan on playing it like I said earlier, you have earned a follow for the mere entry of this VN. I hope to you continue creating VNs, and that maybe one in the future will a bit less graphic in terms of blood so that I can more fully appreciate it.

You have no idea how many times I've gone through itch.io, Sorted down the tags to Adult, Yuri, and Visual Novel, found She Was Swallowed by the Sun, thought about trying the game, then ultimately deciding it wasn't for me due to the horror and gore elements. I know it's something special, but I know myself to be kinda squeamish.

I know I'm rambling, but I just can't express it enough that I can tell I'm missing out on something, something powerful, so I struggle to stop writing about that. I want to experience this, but I'm too scared. This comment is a testament to my indecision, and is further a testament to the pull this game has on my heart WITHOUT EVEN DOWNLOADING IT.

I guess I've gotta stop somewhere... so I'll leave it at this. Snek, you've caught my attention. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for more from you, and wish you the best.

Welp, time to do what I should've before writing that comment - Check out your other games. There's gotta be at least one I'll like and be comfortable with, right?

Hi Pheonix! Thank you so much for your comment. The pedigree of "vn with so much aura it gets several paragraphs on vibes alone" is one I am honored to receive from you hehe

As for my other games, When The Sea Received The Sky shares many themes with this one, but is way tamer in presentation and doesn't include blood or gore outside of a bit of text. So I'd probably recommend you that one the most? But please feel free to look around nya, there's many quirky things on my profile hdfbghjdf

Currently playing Onyx Heart, and loving it. You'll see a comment there later! I'll look at When The Sea Received The Sky after I finish playing it (I'll likely do multiple playthroughs).
