how??? I get 10k in just more than 15 days by selling food, remember to upgrade and also increase the selling price until every food sell at the rate 10% -20% chance a customer will buy and focus on selling only fried egg and beefsteak, they give the most profit while the ingredients is fucking cheap, in max upgrade i sell at 19 coins per fried egg while egg being relatives cheap only 3 or 5 coin per egg ( i dont remember exactly price but it between those two number ) also there is an upgrade that make customer have a chance won't consume the food so again more profit but dont upgrade this early, focus on increase selling rate upgrade and customer increase upgrade, the food wont be consume will be the last upgrade you spend coins in, also there is a trick that make you make money faster, just by backward time, when you spend time sell the food but the result isnt that great you can just backward the time and gamble again. Here is some tips i found in my first playthrough just by searching the mechanics and try understanding the economy to make customer suffer more while i being richer
